Data integration and visualization in large scale phylogenetic analysis

Purpose

This workshop aims to present and discuss the main results obtained in projects NGPHYLO (PTDC/CCI-BIO/29676/2017) and DIVA (IPL/2021/DIVA_ISEL).

Program

The program is flexible but it will include at least the following topics:

10:30-11:00

Results summary of projects NGPHYLO and DIVA.

11:00-11:30

FLOWViZ: Framework for Phylogenetic Processing (by Miguel Luís).

11:30-12:00

Libraries phylotree and phylolib (by Cátia Vaz).

12:00-12:30

Large scale phylogenetic inference and assessment (by Alexandre Francisco et al.).

12:30-13:00

Closing discussion.

The meeting room will be room 336 in INESC-ID.
